| I was talking to Loren the other day and noticed that I hadn't seen any good movies lately. Are there any recommendations out there? |

You know, I'm not much of a movie guy, but I did watch Apaloosa the other night on DVD. It's a pretty good movie with some realistic gunfights and not really any of the usual suspects like sex scenes and such. There's some strong language, but the good guys.....well, I'll let you find out what happens. _________________ Scottie |

| Just watched Resident Evil Extinction with Andrew, my son, the other day. Not knew, but decent apocalyptic zombie movie. |

| My husband and I like the super hero movies like Spider Man, Hulk, and will be seeing the X-Men movie this weekend. Haven't really seen anything much that has caught my attention lately though. |

| X-Men origins: Wolverine was great! Pretty clean too but screen for yourselves if your taking kids. Some language and a little girl behind my husband and I was telling the younger sister about a man in the movie that was just killed. Otherwise great! |

| We just went to see Disney's: A Christmas Carol. It was so well done! I missed the opportunity to see The Polar Express when it was on the big screen and these movies are so much better in the theater. I just wished we had sat a little further from the screen to take in the whole picture, better. I was thinking that some of the images could be a little scary to small children. Even though we've all heard this Dicken's story so many times, this was the best adaptation I've ever seen! I want to read the book now, after all these years, and see if Charles Dickens conveyed such a strong fear of death, apart from being a "good" mortal person. |

We've seen a Christmas Carol with the children. We were fortunate enough to see it in Imax 3d that was totally cool. Must confess I jumped a coulple of times, it would be pretty intense for little kids....
Looking forward to going for a date with Jess to see the new Sandra Bullock movie Blind Sided( I think that's the name)it sounds good... |
