Cinderella Man (2005)
The story of James Braddock (Russell Crowe), a
supposedly washed up boxer who came back to become a champion and an inspiration
to people during the Great Depression in the 1930s.
One of my absolute favorites. The relationships are
so real and the agony and discouragement of lack is played out so authentically,
how can I help but love this movie? I connected with the characters so easily
and related to many of the emotional battles they faced. The strong supporting
cast of Renée Zellweger and Paul Giamatti helps make this film a classic.
