Bob's Review
I’m always amazed at the
advances that they are making an animation anymore. I thoroughly enjoyed the
movie, but I was thinking about it a few days later, and it hit me why I liked
it so much. It totally reminded me of the journey out of religion into
relationship. The main character’s sense of reality turns out simply to be no
more than just a television show. Sort of a take off of the Truman show concept.
However, the story follows the character through the disappointment of his new
realization, and through a series of relationships and adventures with some of
other characters, the main character is able to develop real relationships and
pass through the disappointment into the freedom of being who he really is. |
